011. Service Description
Villa Nors provides private villa rental services in Yerevan, Armenia. The house is available for daytime gatherings, overnight bookings, multi-day stays and long-term rental from one month.
022. Reservation Process
Submitting a reservation request through our website does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking. All reservations are subject to availability confirmation by Villa Nors. We will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your dates and finalize details.
033. Availability
No availability calendar is published on this site. Whether a date is free is confirmed only through direct contact with Villa Nors, by phone or WhatsApp.
044. Pricing
The final price depends on the season, the length of the booking, the number of guests, whether an overnight stay is included and any special requirements. The confirmed price is communicated to you before the booking is finalised.
055. Check-In & Check-Out
For a day booking, check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 23:00 the same day. For an overnight booking, check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 the following day. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
066. House Rules
Guests must respect the property and the neighbours. Events and celebrations require prior approval. Maximum occupancy must be respected: 5–7 guests overnight and up to 50 for a gathering. Pets are welcome with prior notice.
077. Limitation of Liability
Villa Nors is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
088. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. We strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible.
099. Right to Refuse Service
Villa Nors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, violation of house rules, or other legitimate business reasons.
