Villa Nors is a private house in Yerevan of 200 m², with a swimming pool, a covered BBQ area and a large hall that seats up to 50 guests. The hall has a sound system, karaoke through the TV and lighting effects; the courtyard has a gazebo, a photo corner, table tennis, backgammon and chess. Air conditioning in summer, heating in winter, and free parking in the yard. Zvartnots airport is about 10–15 minutes away by car.

The courtyard under the gazebo
The tour starts at the gate: stone paths, a wooden gazebo and the shade of mulberry trees. This is where the morning coffee and the long evenings happen.
The gazebo and its long table
Log rafters hung with gourds, a long table down the middle and cushioned benches either side. The covered barbecue is a few steps away, and the skewers are ours.
The outdoor pool
A round pool at the garden end, under its own canopy and the shade of the fruit trees. In summer this is where the afternoon ends up.
The great hall for up to 50 guests
A long wooden table beneath the wall mural — for birthdays, anniversaries and company gatherings. Sound system, karaoke through the TV and lighting effects.
Kitchen and living room
Hand-made wooden cabinets, tableware already on the shelves, and the living room in the same space with its soft armchairs. The sofas open out into beds.
Two bedrooms
Overnight stays are for 5–7 guests across two bedrooms. Two bathrooms, a quiet night and a morning with nowhere to rush.

One day at Villa Nors
A day booking starts at 14:00 and ends the same evening at 23:00. The pool, the barbecue under its roof, music in the hall. And if you decide to stay the night, checkout is 12:00 the next day.

For a day booking, arrival is at 14:00 and departure is at 23:00 the same day. For an overnight booking, check-in is at 14:00 and checkout is by 12:00 the next day. The form on this site is set up for overnight bookings — for a daytime booking, just give us a call.

Yes, the barbecue area is covered and we provide the skewers. The kitchen is stocked with tableware and utensils.
